Privacy statement
The first version of our game collects nothing about you. Last changed: 18 October 2026.
The short version, for the first version of the game
- The first version of the game collects nothing about you.
- It has no ad networks and no tracking.
- It has no accounts. You do not sign in.
- In the first version, nothing leaves your phone.
What the game keeps on your phone
To work, the game keeps a few things on your phone: the name you type at the table (if you type one), your games won and lost, your level, your settings, and the counts of your dice rolls.
They stay on your phone. We cannot see them. If you delete the game, they go with it.
What the game never asks for
The game never asks for your location, your contacts, your photos, your camera, your microphone or your advertising ID.
The map button
The first screen shows the front of a café. If you touch its sign, the game asks: Open the map? If you say yes, your phone opens its own maps app at a fixed place. We send nothing about you. We do not see what you do there. The maps app follows its own maker's rules.
This website
This website has no cookies, no analytics, and no scripts, fonts or pictures from other companies.
The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server records, as every web server does, such as the address of the device that asked for a page and the time. We do not use them to track people.
Who handles data for us
Our email is run by Zoho Mail. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a US company. Its servers, in several countries, may keep ordinary server records for a limited time under Netlify's own privacy policy. Zoho and Netlify handle emails and ordinary server records only on our behalf, to provide their service. We choose providers that protect this information at least as well as this statement promises, and that do not use it for advertising.
How we keep it safe
Our email account is protected with two-step sign-in, and only the people who answer you can read it. The game's data stays on your phone, protected by your phone's own security.
If you write to us
If you email us, we keep your message and our answer so that we can help you. We use them only to answer you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them for advertising.
We keep emails for up to two years after your last message to us, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time by writing to info@nomdeplumeanalytique.com. We will do it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
The stores
You will get the game from Apple's App Store or from Google Play. They have their own privacy rules for what they collect when you download or buy. They send us reports without your name or card: totals such as downloads and sales, and, only if you have agreed to share them with Apple or Google, crash reports that help us fix the game.
Children
The game is for everyone. Because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.
What may change
After the first version we plan to add play with friends over the internet. That will need some information to travel online, such as a name your friends can see. Before that, or before analytics or anything else that collects information, we will change this page and say exactly what is new. Until then, in the first version, nothing leaves your phone.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you (normally only your emails), and ask us to correct or delete it. If you live in the European Union, you may also complain to your country's data protection authority. The company responsible is Nom de Plume Analytique Inc., New York, USA. Write to info@nomdeplumeanalytique.com.
